Current Research Projects

We are currently conducting a study assessing changes in motivation, criminal risk factors and protective strategies to find out what helps ex-offenders succeed in the community. The study will run from January 2016 until approximately May 2017.

100 adult male and female ex-offenders around the Lower Mainland of Vancouver, BC, will be recruited to participate in the study.

Results of the study will be posted on this website in early 2017. You can also contact us for more information.

The $500 prize draw for participants will occur on December 1st, 2016 at 12pm.

This study is funded by the Kwantlen Katalyst Grant Program and the Douglas College Research and Scholarly Activity Project Fund.
